2. Overview

This policy explains the nature, scope, and purpose of the processing of personal data on configmind.tech and when using the ConfigMind platform, regardless of the devices or access channels used.

3. Visiting our website (server log files)

When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically collects information in server log files transmitted by your browser, including: IP address, date and time of the request, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, and the page requested. This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals and is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and functional operation of our website).

4. Contacting us

If you contact us by email (e.g. info@configmind.tech) or via a contact form, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, message content) to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the inquiry relates to a (pre-)contractual matter, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).

5. Using the ConfigMind platform

If you register for the ConfigMind platform, we process the account and usage data you provide (e.g. name, email address, company details, and the project, documentation, and log data you create) in order to deliver the contractually agreed services. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). We provide customers with a separate, product-specific privacy notice as part of the contractual documentation.

7. Disclosure of data
